Hand made decorated fruit cakes from CakeLab in Featherston. Lighter than a traditional Christmas cake, they are loaded with dried fruits, nuts, citrus and spices with a hint of rum. Mini cake 7cm across, weighing approx 220g, Small cake 12cm across, appox 650g.
