Biltong

Classic air dried beef snack with coriander and pepper as found on quality biltong in its South African homeland. Canterbury ’s huge flavour is achieved using prime export-grade New Zealand beef, slow roasting fresh spices and finely curing and gently drying the beef strips. Made in Christchurch in a factory powered by sun and water.
