Geodes are a type of natural rock formation that contain a cavity lined with crystals.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Always do with adult supervision
1. Put on safety goggles
2. Wrap the geode inside a small cloth
3. Place the geode on a concrete surface
4. Using a screw driver or chisel tap the centre of the geode
5. Turn the geode ΒΌ turn and repeat
6. Continue to move around the outside of the geode until you see a crack all the way around
