This bar delivers notes of red stone fruit (think cherries and plums) with a smooth layered finish. We think it’s a delicious expression of the Kilombero Valley region.

Shirl Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing their chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in their little factory.
