Cake Craft Tylose CMC - 60g

 

CMC is used to thicken fondant. Making it more pliable and easier to work with when modeling, it also makes the fondant dry harder. Add 20 grams of CMC to 500 grams of fondant and allow to stand for 6 hours to make a firmer fondant with gumpaste like qualities.
