Fruition Barrel Aged Blended Sour Ale

After 4 years of building our barrel programme we're pleased to be able to release our first blend. When brewing and filling barrels we try to develop some variety fro blending purposes by using different techniques, recipes, barrels and cultures. This blend consists of 3 different barrel aged beers:

- A 2 year spontaneous barrel

- A 2 year wild ale barrel (turbid mash, aged hops, coolship, fermented with a mixed culture)

- An 18 month mixed ferm barrel (pils/wheat, young hops, no coolship, mixed culture)
