WIth a truffle stratum running through this award winning triple cream brie, this soft cheese is pure decadence. The white candidum mould creates mushroomy tones that will only develop as this cheese is matured. A simply divine, award winning cheese.

Pair with:

A fruity stone fruit paste, or a high country pickle or relish. Just be careful not to overpower the truffle flavour.

A light earthy Pinot Noir will highlight the forest floor notes in the truffle.
