Kava Root Powder

Kava is the traditional herb of the South Pacific known to induce clam and reduce anxiety hence its use as a ceremonial drink. It is also used to treat infections of the urinary and reproductive organs traditionally. Kava is narcotic and relaxes the nerve endings and also relaxes the muscles ~ sports people are fans as they use it after training to relax the muscles and thus reduce injury.
