Essential oils are the volatile oils from the distillation of aromatic plants. Essential oils may contain as many as 10 plants per bottle!

Fennel/Foeniculum vulgare – Fennel seed is a popular herb in the kitchen, with its aromatic, sweet, aniseed flavour. Its intensly fresh smell comes from its main constituent Anethole. Fennel is a digestive herb and it lends itself to diffusing in the kitchen to ward off stale house smells, along with other fresh mints and citrus oils. Country of Origin: USA.

Fir needle siberian/Abies sibirica – Siberian Fir is a refreshing antiseptic, with its balsamic, pine flavour coming from its constituents Bornyl acetate, Camhene, Carene & alpha-Pinene. It is great for diffusing around the house as it clears the air of airborne germs and imparts a fresh, clean smell, which is also quite uplifting. It is also used in homemade cleaning products. Country of Origin: Siberia.
