New Zealand Honeydew comes from placing the hives in the Beech forests in the South Island which is the premium indigenous forest in the Southerbn Alps of New Zealand. It has the highest natural anti-oxidant levels of any honey in the world. Antioxidants are necessary for the functioning and stability of our body cells and although our bodies make antioxidant enzymes we also need antioxidants from our diet.
