This BBQ rub is southern at its heart. This rub has a bit of sweet with a small amount of subtle heat on the back end. It is excellent on pork ribs, pulled pork, poultry and vegetables. Put  it on  anything you like. Not to mention the colour it produces, check out our gallery.
