The Slab cake can be cut and served straight from the box - Cut back on the niggle of serving a round layered cake without cutting back on flavour or quality. Our cakes are slow baked for a tender crumb. The colours and fresh full flavours of our Gelato-like meringue based buttercreams are packed with real freeze dried fruit and couverture chocolate. No essences or food colourings are involved in the making of this gorgeous collection.
