3 layers of chocolate mud cake filled with mixed berry sauce & raspberry swiss meringue buttercream, iced with a rich dark chocolate ganache topped with swirls of raspberry swiss meringue buttercream & fresh cherries (if in season) otherwise topped with maraschino cherries.
