Pure & Essential Vegan Omega-3 & Astaxanthin provides a balanced source of both DHA and EPA long-chain omega-3, ideal for vegans, and anyone seeking alternatives to fish-based sources of omega-3. This concentrated algae oil is cultivated in a closed environment in pure, filtered water, so it’s naturally free from ocean-borne contaminants like mercury and PCBs, and leaves no footprint on the ocean ecosystem. Providing a balanced 2:1 ratio of DHA and EPA, in small capsules for twice-daily dosing, this supplement enhances absorption and effectively raises cellular omega-3 levels. The addition of AstaPure astaxanthin offers superior antioxidant protection, not only to the delicate omega-3 fatty acids but also to the body.

Product contents: 60 capsules, providing a 1-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 capsules.

Directions

For adults and children aged 12 take: 1 capsule twice daily. Children aged 6-12 years: take 1 capsule daily.

For intensive support, for example, if you are vegan and have not supplemented DHA and EPA recently, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules daily to provide a ‘loading’ dose, after which a normal maintenance dose can be resumed. For optimal absorption, take with food, in split daily doses.

Warning: Do not exceed the maximum dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
