ImaGINation Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin 700ml

The good folk at ImaGINation start by distilling a dry gin with a little less spice and a little extra orris root for floral sweetness. Then the raspberries macerate in the gin for a month, strained, and last but not least the juice pressed from locally grown rhubarb is added to the mix.
