Blush Summer Citrus Gin 700ml

Blush have hunted down some of New Zealand's best citrus from Kerikeri and even infused a little rhubarb too.

The gin is very refreshing and bright with a little bit of cloudiness from the citrus oils. The colour is like a beautiful sunset.

To create this gin, Blush used a mix of pre and post distillation infusion. The gin opens with Juniper notes quickly followed by citrus on the palate. Subtle rhubarb notes are present with a clean crisp finish.

This gin matches well with East Imperial's Burma or Yuzu Tonic and if you like a sweeter drink you can try with East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade.
