Premium Blend (Sugar Alternative)

Our Premium blend is a combination of Erythritol, Xylitol, and Organic RA98% Stevia.

This has been our favourite blend for making chocolate. Yum!

Xylitol is sweeter than Erythritol but has a very slightly higher glycemic index (although still super low compared to sugar).

So the combination of the two with a touch of stevia makes it a great way to sweeten food and drinks.

It is the same sweetness as sugar.

Both Erythritol and Xylitol are beneficial in preventing tooth decay.
