Monk Fruit Extract 40g

Sweetnz Monk Fruit Extract is just that, an extract of Monk Fruit. It has no additives or fillers and is known as a "high intensity" sweetener.

Monk Fruit can come in a range of sweetness’s from quite low to over 200 times as sweet as sugar.

This Monk fruit Extract is around 20x as sweet as sugar. We feel this level of sweetness makes it easy to use and measure whilst still being economical for home cooking and baking.

It has a pleasant caramel hint to its sweetness.

NOTE: In packaging of batches BJ344079, BJ35067 and BJ35079 we found that the ingredients states "MV25". This is incorrect. MV25 is the considerably more expensive high grade extract used in our blend (Monk Fruit Not Sugar). The extract used in this 40g product is unchanged from previous, and is a much more affordable MV3.5. We apologise for any problems this may cause.
