In person class - Advent chocolate bar - 1/12

 

In this class you’ll learn to make one large (10x18cm) advent calendar chocolate bar, coated in milk chocolate and filled with a crunchy speculoos biscuit meltaway filling.

This class contains gluten and dairy. It is nut free and can be made dairy free upon prior request (will then be made with dark chocolate) it is also gelatine free.

Time: 11am-2:30/3pm

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
