We're excited to share this beautiful coffee that Jordan our Barista is showcasing at the 2024 Barista champs.

Jarred has roasted this coffee with a slightly longer development time and to a light medium profile. We are extremely happy with how this has turned out, it has balanced body, with a light citrus acidity and pleasing sweetness making it an exceptional brew both as espresso and filter.

Brewed on filter we enjoy flavour notes of cinnamon, sweet pear and milky chocolate. Try as a small flat white and enjoy a creamy balanced coffee that feels like an indulgent treat.
