We are super stoked to be showcasing another beautiful Coffee from female producer Luz Helena Salazar! Our previous coffee from Luz Helena was a natural so this time we have a washed coffee from her Estate in Quindio, Colombia.

A beautiful sweet, clean coffee. Tasting notes of mandarin, brown sugar, sweet spice and a crisp green apple acidity.

We expertly roasted this coffee on our Loring light for filter and are really enjoying the balanced, sweet flavours and aroma.
