We’re so in favour of this industry standard that we are members of the Unique Manuka Foundation Honey Association that tests product to ensure it complies.
The UMF grading system is as follows:
0–4 Not detectable
5–9 Low levels
10–15 Useful levels
16 Superior high grade levels
