Kawakawa Leaf Earrings

Up-cycled glass earring design based on the New Zealand native Kawakawa bush with its distinctive heart-shaped leaves. Handcrafted by the StoneArrow team in our Golden Bay workshop, where we make the earrings from recycled bottles, tumble smooth and sandblast with our designs. All finished off with handcrafted recycled sterling silver hooks.

The green in this design is gorgeous in the light for the translucent quality of the glass and the black just goes with everything!

Matching Pendant Available

Earring length: 27mm (1.1 in) not including hook.

Available in: Green (Wine bottle); Black (Baileys Irish Cream). Other colours may be available by request.

The Kawakawa is a traditional medicinal plant often used by the Māori people and has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties with all sorts of different uses. It is quite commonly used in commercial teas, which have an uplifting, peppery flavour.

Due to the nature of the process and the use of recycled materials, colour and size may vary slightly from photo
