Lemon Curd

A good old vintage favourite bringing back the memories of lemon honey that "mum used to make".  Mix through natural yogurt to have over cereal or  in whipped cream to dollop on a dessert.  With a subtle zesty flavour, this great on toast or indulge by the sinful spoonful!
