-a perfumed, structured, easy drinking Pinot Noir

Hand picked 16th March 2023. Clone 5 with 20% whole bunch pressed to puncheon. Gentle plunging and pressed to barrel with 20% new oak. No added yeasts. Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan.
