2022 Chardonnay

Hand picked on the 12th and 13th March 2022, C lones 15 and Mendoza were whole bunch pressed and the juice went straight to barrel. Wild ferment with some occasional lees sti r ring - combined with approx 30% new oak in this C hardonnay adds a bit of structure and mouth feel. Stayed in barrel for 10 months before being bottled. 1322 bottles made. Vegan.
