Mid century nest of three side tables, constructed of original teak wood with tapered peg legs.
Originally a part of the 'Fresco' furniture range, designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins for G-Plan in 1966 and released the following year, this range was the most successful by G-Plan.
It can be assumed that V. B. Wilkins was heavily influenced by G-Plans earlier modernist designs by hired Danish designer, Kofod-Larsen as can be seen in these minimalist nest of tables.
Manufactured by G Plan, Britain. 1967.
This piece has been cleaned and polished but there remains signs of wear and usage commensurate with age, particularly to the top surfaces.
