Herman's Amazing Hair Color in Scarlett Rogue Red is a deep velvety hair dye that nourishes like a deep conditioner while you colour. For best results, apply to hair bleached to a level 8 blonde. If your hair is too yellow, use purple or blue toner / shampoo to help neutralize the yellow, this is important for red hair colours so the yellowness won't turn the reds into orange undertones.
