Crazy Color Neutral can be added to any Crazy Color to tame any vibrant colour into a pastel hue. Simply put a generous amount of Neutral into a mixing bowl and gradually add your chosen colour. For best results, apply pastel shades to hair that has been pre-lightened to a pale to platinum blonde.
