Gorgeous NZ Birds and Flowers Height Chart

This Birds and Flowers Height Chart is absolutely beautiful.

Honestly, when you get it, you'll be ashamed of your marks on the inside of the hot water cupboard door.

Um, well, I'm ashamed of the marks on the inside of the hot water cupboard door, cos that's what we did to mark how tall the kids' had grown. This is soooo much nicer!

The growth chart is made from pine, and printed with the cutest kiwi, fantails, tui, kea, pukeko, pohutukawa and more. It is in 5 jigsaw pieces that you slot together, either from the beginning or as the kids grow.

Total height is 1.95 metres, and the bottom piece needs to sit 45cm above floor level.

3M Command strips would be perfect for mounting it, which means you can remove it if you ever move house. Alternatively you could use permanent adhesives or screws.

This growth ruler would make a lovely, useful gift for the parents of the new baby, but especially as a 1st birthday gift, or whenever the child starts to stand.

Pop it on the inside of a door if you want to hide it, but it also looks gorgeous on display in a kid's room, where you can talk to the child about the birds and flowers decorating it, as well as teaching them maths (measurement).
