This product meets the guidelines of final alcohol content being at least 60% - the minimum percentage required to kill germs.

Ingredients: Ethanol (95%), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Organic Glycerin, Melaleuca Alternafolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Oil, Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Oil.
