Sourced from a single parcel of Sauvignon Blanc from our biodynamically farmed Raupo Creek vineyard in the Omaka Valley. Marama shows the wonderful diversity that Sauvignon Blanc can show, when grown and crafted with a different philosophy in mind. Ripe and concentrated, Marama is laden with aromas of tropical fruits combined with flinty, savoury notes. Wild fermentation, extended lees contact and barrel aging has ensured that the palate is complex, full and structured. The finish is characterised by delicious, salty acidity. A hugely evocative and seductive wine. Drink now and cellar up to 2032.
