Pinot Noir Rachel

A mystical blend from our biodynamically farmed vineyard, Raupo Creek. Rachel is aptly named after Michael Seresinâs mother. Expressive and aromatic, the nose is a heady perfume of both earthy and spicy notes that combine perfectly with fruity aromas of dark cherry and plum. The palate is structured and concentrated with a dense core of ripe fruit which is supported by firm tannins and savoury spice, contributed by well seasoned new French oak barrels. Drink well up to 2030.
