Zeiss DTC-A Digital Thermal Imaging Clip-on Adapter
The is one part of a specially designed adapter duo that is required to attach a Zeiss DTC 3 Digital Thermal Imaging Clip-on optic to your riflescope. You will also require the DTC-R ring adapter which can be purchased separately here.
This adapter comes in three different sizes to suit the size of your riflescope objective lens. It slips over the objective lens and is secured by a lever. It can be tightened with an allen key to get a more secure connection. The other side of the adapter connects to the adapter ring which, in turn connects to the thermal optic itself.
When the combination of the DTC 3 Thermal Imaging Clip-on, DTC-R M52 adapter ring, DTC-A Adapter and have all been attached and zeroed in, the adapters and DTC 3 Thermal Imaging Clip-on can be removed easily from your riflescope for transport. Thanks to the bayonet attachment, the position of the point of impact is not changed, as long as the position of the DTC adapter on the riflescope side is not changed.
This awesome adapter offers you the newest technology and allows an easy and fast mount and dismount of your Zeiss thermal clip-on device. In combination with the zeroing profiles of the DTC 3 the ZEISS adapter can be used on up to 4 different riflescopes.
