The reflector configuration of this fantastic entry level telescope allows Konus to include a huge 114mm aperture lens that is ideal for detailed observations of the moon and planets; and bright deep-sky objects like star clusters, binary systems, and nebulae.
Your reflector telescope from Konus comes with a basic AZ mount that offers a sturdy platform to support the telescope tube. The adjustable height makes it great for adults and kids.
Your Konus telescope kit comes with everything you need to get started including the optical tube, mount and tripod, two eyepieces, a moon filter, a universal smartphone adapter, 2x Barlow lens, and an unmagnified red-dot finder to make locating objects easier and star-hopping navigation faster.
The two eyepieces allow for either a 25x or 62.5x magnification and the included Barlow lens doubles the magnification of any eyepiece used with it without affecting eye relief. The eyepieces are a standard 1.25" which means you can also use other eyepieces with it should you wish.
The included phone adapter makes it easier than ever to capture images of the night sky.
