Star Anise (Single Origin)

Star Anise has a warm, earthy, aniseedy liquorice flavour. Added earlier on in the cooking process it will infuse a lovely depth of flavour and aroma to soups, casseroles and all Asian style cooking. Also to mulled wine in the winter.
