This beautiful product is just like vanilla extract – using water extraction all of the brilliant colour and flavour of the saffron plant remain. Used as a quick alternative to saffron threads when you are short of time and don’t want to soak the threads for the time needed to give a good extraction. Absolutely superb in risottos, tagines, soups and casseroles. 50ml.
