Voatsiperifery (Piper Borbonense)

A rare and unique pepper only grown in the rain forests of Madagascar. It has woody floral notes with a fresh citrus hit. Great in vinaigrettes, or with prawns and fish.  It’s also great in sweet dishes such as sprinkled over a fruit salad or used to cut through the richness of anything with chocolate. 50g.
