Caraway Seeds

One of our favourite herbs! Caraway is also known as meridian fennel or Persian cumin. Their taste is earthy, with a hint of citrus and pepper. We love to use them for pickling and brining. They pair beautifully with pork, cabbage and garlic. Try adding them toasted to a potato salad or slaw, or to a tomato based sauce or soup. Caraway seeds are also used to flavour the famous Beef goulash or kielbasa stew. 40g.
