Myllyn Finnish Pancake (Lettu) & Waffle Mix

Myllyn Paras pancake and waffle flour is a convenient ready-made flour mixture that you can use to prepare delicious lettu (Finnish pancakes/crepes) and waffles both in the home kitchen and in traveling conditions. Just add liquid and the dough is ready to bake! Our flour mixture is dairy-free and egg-free. Suitable for vegans. 250g

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, sugar, BARLEY FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, stabilizer (E450), potato starch, raising agent (E500), salt, flour improver (E300)

Instructions: Whisk 600ml of water and 1 bag of flour mixture in a bowl to make a smooth dough. Let the dough rise a few minutes. Fry the patties in a pan to a nice color, use fat for frying. Tip: if you want, you can also replace the water with milk and add an egg to the dough.
