Use your favourite skin care product to create a lot of slip allowing the Gua Sha tool to glide. We recommend using Comb Daily Face Oil.

Start from the centre of your forehead and push outwards to your hairline.

- Work down your face - under the eye, along the cheekbone, lower cheek then onto the jawline.
- When working on the jawline change the angle to the heart side, start at chin and move towards the ear.
- Repeat this motion 5 times.

Use the smaller divot on the nose bridge, in between brows, and jawline.
Use larger edges on cheeks and forehead.
Use three times a week.
