Rhino Guard Dual Purpose Bike Cover

Two rear slits allow holding bars through the cover and close tightly round them with clip straps. If the splits are not needed then the cover can be used with the slits closed tightly with the buckle straps. Includes buckles to secure to the rack and tighten the fabric.
