Plastic case opens flat to reveal two synthetic bristle pads - perfect for cleaning deeply hed stamps

To use:
Spray one side of the cleaning pad with clean water so it is damp.
Apply Stamp Cleaner to your stamp.
Wipe stamp on damp side of pad to clean it, then on dry side of pad to dry it.
