Pixie Powder - Peacock Green

A dry mica pearl powder and dye mix for creating shimmering colourful effects on any porous surface. Gently puff the powder onto wed card, use a wet brush or sprinkle onto a surface and mist with water.When applied to water, powder will set once the water dries.
