A very old recipe, with a beautiful sauce which is very much a pickle. It is lovely finely sliced in an egg or potato salad.

Can be enjoyed straight from the jar, With cheese or to garnish a burger.

Customer feed back "These onions are the closest to the original West Coast Onions that I have ever had and that I grew up with" John then gave me his Mum's recipe to make, so that this recipe got to go another round.

TIP: Freeze the sauce into ice cubes and pop it into your stew, soups, marinades or gravy.

INGREDIENTS: Pickling Onion, Malt Vinegar, White flour, brown sugar, Mustard, Curry, All spice, Turmeric & Cloves
