I can be used in many savoury dishes. Like many spices, lightly toast me at the start of cooking to release my flavour.
The Romans were the first Europeans to introduce coriander as a cooking spice. Coriander pairs well with lentils, beans, onions, potatoes, coconut milk, vegetables and fish.
Coriander seeds contain calcium, phosphorous, sodium and magnesium.
