ORGANIC BREASTFEEDING HERBAL TEA BLEND

This tea contains herbs traditionally used to stimulate breast milk, and may help to increase the quantity and quality of mother's breast milk. This tea may also helpful for reducing colic or wind in babies. Instructions

Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.
