Herbal extracts of Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat or steam your choice of milk and pour a small amount into a mug. Add 2mL (2 droppers full) of your Turmeric Elixir. Pour remaining milk to fill mug. For a little sweetness add 1/2-1tsp. coconut sugar or honey.

Shake well before use.
