Horsetail is mineral rich and has been traditionally used to strengthen hair, skin & nails. It has been used for its action as a diuretic in the urinary tract. It could be used to improve bladder tone & reduce prostate enlargement. May be used for cystitis, incontinence and bed wetting in children. Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 -10 minutes.
