Insomnia and Stress
Hops are a good source of B vitamins and may help to ease stress, anxiety and insomnia. Hops have traditionally been used to help women with painful periods and other issues associated with the menstrual cycle. Instructions
Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.
